It was the most inane discussion I ever listened to. Frankly -- and this is as a non-mathematician and a person who has always had to work very hard at math --I’ve always found the rules that are built into mathematics to be comforting. You know they will always be the same. Trying to “deconstruct” or “reimagine” them was just an argument for the sake of arguing. Ridiculous.

So, I know "woke" mathematicians, but they put up with only so much of this shit.
They want to be inclusive, but there's a reason they like logic and proof. If they wanted to play with bullshit, they would be in different fields.
