Looking at that - I understand he's 6'4", so about 193 cm, so Shonannoumi and Kinbozan are the same height, but they are 180/185 kg... which is 397 - 408 pounds.
Ohtani is 209 pounds. So he's about half their weight.
Oh, and at 209 pounds, he's lighter than the lightest Makuuchi rikishi, which is Midorifuji, who is about 250 pounds. And 5'7".
These are very different sports.

Yup -- the sumo wrestlers have special diets specifically to gain weight... the main dish being chankonabe and lots and lots of rice:
