I love that job description although you have to have a Finance education, the role seems all about public relations. Messaging or presenting the narrative about how wonderful the policies are - what a role!
To be sure -- what I always told my students at UConn (and direct reports elsewhere) -- job postings are a wish list, in general.
Other than the entry-level position I got initially (and even that wasn't quite right for my skills), I didn't fit any of the job postings for the actuarial jobs I got. I could do the work, but the wish list of items weren't exactly it -- they should have focused on what the task actually was.
Yeah, I live seeing those postings for new college grads with a requirement of 3 years of actuarial software modeling experience...
